MENTAL HEALTH & QPR

FIRST AID TRAINING

Sometimes first aid isn't a bandage or CPR.
It's the skills and knowledge
to help others in crisis

Why Hire Me?

I’ve had the privilege of teaching hundreds of people—including employees in companies and nonprofits, school staff across multiple districts, faith communities, and members of the general public.

What sets my trainings apart is the combination of expert knowledge, engaging delivery, and a safe, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable sharing and learning together.

In every training, I focus on:
Cultural awareness and humility — encouraging participants to reflect on and share their cultural perspectives, fostering understanding and inclusion.

Self-care practices — helping participants recognize what supports their wellbeing and encouraging them to build healthy, sustainable routines.

Practical tools and skills — ensuring participants leave with strategies they can immediately use at home, in the workplace, or in their communities.

Interactive learning — creating space for discussion, reflection, and real-life examples so participants feel engaged and empowered.

Participants consistently report that they:

  • Feel comfortable asking questions and sharing experiences

  • Gain new insights and confidence in supporting themselves and others

  • Leave with a stronger sense of community, connection, and resilience

  • Appreciate that the training is both informative and relatable, not just theoretical

What Participants Say

I feel more empowered to be able to recognize and support someone in need of help. It was a great class and should be mandatory.
Danit Erlich made me feel safe and welcome. The level of empathy and reassurance she showed throughout the class was perfect for this subject matter.

Danit's dedication to increasing the mental health literacy of adults working with youth is evidenced in her culturally relevant and responsive instruction of Youth Mental Health First Aid classes. She has instructed over 200 Lake Washington School District staff since the start of the pandemic. It is a pleasure to plan and collaborate with Danit on this important work.
