About me

My name is Danit Erlich and I have a Ph.D. in Criminology. My doctorate and master dissertation focused on understanding social behaviors among pre-teens and teens. Prior my relocation to the United States, I taught in high schools and college for 9 years.

I'm a certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Certified Parent coach and Life coach and a parent-teen Mediator.

I teach Youth and Adult Mental health first aid classes through several organizations, for school and college staff, faith communities, the general public, and employees in various companies and in nonprofit organizations.

My coaching work focuses on individual and family wellness: I help individuals and parents overcome personal, parental and cultural obstacles. In my workshops and in one-on-one coaching, I provide emotional support and practical solutions that help people achieve a more fulfilling life for themselves and their family.
